Temporary housing in Amsterdam. Luxury accomodation for four to six guests.

My fiancé and I live on one of the most beautiful and quiet locations in Amsterdam.
We’re talking about a 150 square meters (two) floor space wit all necessary luxury at and on “De Nieuwe Meer” (lake) near the “Amsterdamsche Bosch” (wood) with unobstructed view of the water; 200 square meters of beautiful garden; officially free parking for one car; two bicycles are available; plenty walking, swimming, fishing, sailing and surfing opportunities.
A splendid watery environment where to everyone’s surprise no stinging mosquitoes live.
This place is not far from the Amsterdam Schiohol Airport while there is hardly any noise disturbance.
By bicycle, bus, tram or subway the Amsterdam town centre is accessible within less than 30 minutes. The Amsterdam-South train station is only one subway stop away.

House layout:
- Very spacious living room with open kitchen (induction cooking, hot air oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, two fridges and freezer).
- Two very spacious double bedrooms + one good sofa bank.
- Beautiful bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and bathtub.

Provided with:
Wash/dry combination and two tv receivers with flat screens are present, central heating, 220V electricity and Wifi.
Everything in almost new condition. The interior photo’s are not fully representative yet. You will see more of our stuff than necessary and we are still busy to complete the second bedroom.
House rental agencies offer prime locations like this one for the average of € 1.750,-- per week. Without this mediation for sure the price can be agreed to a more sympathic level starting with a stay for one week. Of course an appropriate liability insurance is indispensable.

Please note: there is one thing that a lot of people will like but some not. There are three lovely cats living in and around the house. They are very independant and relaxed. The only thing they need is some food and water. A hug is always welcome.
So for who love’s cats this is an extra nice dimension.
